FAQ

Coaching focuses on where you are today and how to move forward, while therapy delves into the past and examines its impact on you in the present. Counseling offers advice to the client while coaching encourages clients to arrive at their own solutions through self-discovery and increased awareness. Consultants provide expertise in areas of specialized knowledge and make recommendations based on their analysis. With coaching the client is empowered to uncover their own unique pathways toward clearly identified goals.
Once you begin the coaching process, results quickly become evident. Longer-term goals, requiring the development of newly ingrained habits necessitate a realistic, longer time frame: a journey well worth the taking, if life long dreams can be realized!
Choosing your coach is a personal decision based on factors that are often intuitive. Having a ‘good’ feeling about someone can be something felt in the gut. Or it could be a coaching style immediately evident, a poignant question or a newly discovered insight that determines the client’s decision to contract with a specific coach. Trust your instincts. I encourage you to call for your free consultation and get a feel for who I am and how I would work with you.
I attempt to structure my fees so that the benefits of coaching are available to everyone. You owe it to yourself to explore the payment options in order to embark on this life changing process.
