Trauma-Informed Coaching
Many of my clients have experienced some kind of trauma.
But what all my clients know is that something is significantly impeding their ability to move forward with their daily functioning, aspirations or goals. Trauma can be caused from any emotional or psychological event that is intensely stressful.
Within a highly supportive and trusting environment that reflects YOUR unique needs and desires, you CAN move forward with a new, more positive outlook.
Whether your goal is simply getting out of bed every day or climbing Mount Everest, together we will formulate a plan to move you from wherever you are now to where you want to be.
Questions you’ll identify and answer include:
- What would it mean to you to have a clear, positive vision of each day, one that you were energized and optimistic about?
- How are you setting realistic, achievable and measurable steps?
- What supports you in living in the present moment?
- How can you plan, implement and consistently repeat thinking and behaviours that support and sustain you?
- What would it take for you to be motivated, even excited about your life again?
If you had difficulty answering any of these questions or there was a gap between your answer and your real life, you are NOT living your Best Life!
Here’s how your coaching process will work:
- We'll create a program that is personalized and tailored to best serve your needs.
- We'll meet at a frequency that works for you — 4 x 15 minute sessions, 2 x 30 minute sessions, 1 x hourly session, weekly or bi-weekly.
- We will build in measurable check ins based upon insights and outcomes that are geared to progress and performance.
- Text messages are included with coaching engagement.
- All sessions may be recorded, with your permission, for future reference.
